I've had a Steelseries Ikari Laser mouse for the past 7 or 8 months now and recently it started double or triple clicking when I would single click. I decided to put in a support ticket on their website. It took them a couple days to respond to it but once the support person was on my ticket, he was very helpful, friendly, and responded to me very quickly. I was approved for an RMA and immediately sent in my mouse. I sent in my mouse so they would receive it on 4/23/10. I just a brand new mouse in the mail from them today. In my opinion, the RMA process was a little bit slow but overall I was pleased with the experience. I'd definitely recommend buying from steelseries. Their products are good, their people are nice and helpful, and their RMA process is good despite being a bit slow imho.
