Didnt find anything in the search, but i did find a thread on a different forum about some people that had some bleeding issues but it was quite and old thread and appeared that they did some sort of recall....?

Anyone have any first hand experience or know anything about the quality/functionality of these?

I have one that I am looping up on one of my test benches. Don't have any working experience for you presently, but will before the weekend is out and will let you know if I run into bleeding/normal operation problems.

Thanks Id apreciate it.

Also, out of curiosity, assuming the tank comes right before the pump, does the tube going into the pump HAVE to connect to the top of the tank?

Or, more specifically, can the tube running water TO the tank connect to the bottom and the tube FROM the tank go on top?

Just wondering if that would cause problems, not sure how much gravity is to be taken into account when using a loop

I looped up this guy. It is just a res, no DDC top.

bleeding is not quick, microbubbles worse than I have ever had with an EK. Results may vary, but I doubt the res will remain in the loop longer than the next time I drain the loop. :(

I am using the 250. I had a hard time getting the air bubbles out until I removed the chrome tube inside the res. After that no problems at all.
