ASUS P6X58D-E or EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR

Hey i was going to get the evga but i just saw the promo for the asus, i heard evga is better then asus but im sure the asus has alot better tech on it for the same price.

so which one should i get. btw asus is a little cheaper but price doesnt matter.

I would get the ASUS P6X58D-E LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
3 year warranty and better ovclocking.
