I might be able to get my hands on a AYHJA T-Bird 1.333mhz cpu. Its unlocked and it is able to hit 1.6ghz. I'm debating on either the Iwill K266A or Abits KT7A. Which one is better? Any other good suggestions. And will a standard 300watt psu be enough for me to O/C it that much? Whats the highest someone has gone with just air cooled?

From what I've read most 1.33 tbird will not overclock that well.
A good 300w psu should be fine if you can get it that high at a decent voltage maybe a good 400w psu is what you should buy.
As far as mobo's go you cant go wrong with epox :D ... I know its not one of your quoted boards but epox makes very nice stable highly overclockable mobos , I have two.

jbslow - Maybe you can help me out a bit here. I want to get rid of my crappy celly. And start getting into the AMD scene. Whats a good CPU w/mb that will get my high nice speeds with O/C and with air cooled. I heard T-bird 1ghz are good which can go up to 1.5ghz. And of course price matters. I'd like to still use my pc133 ram. So I'm not switching to ddr just yet. Please recommend different cpus that you know of that will yield high speeds.

Not necessarily true. OC'ability is more related to chip stepping and type of cooling used.
For a PSU I suggest a name brand 350W such as an Antec or Enermax. 300W will do you fine for mild overclocking but only if it's a good brand name unit with good amp ratings.
And as far as mobo, there are many good overclockable KT266A boards out there. Some ones to look at are the Abit KR7A, Shuttle AK35, MSI K7T266 Pro2, or the Epox 8KHA+. I'd also look in to an nForce board if you've got the cash. The MSI K7N420 and the Asus A7N266 are good nForce boards.
If your getting a good deal on your 1.33 I would buy it.
What I ment by the not good overclockers I mainly meant percentages of overclockability. Like Sickboy says stepping and cooling are what matters.
The 1G tbirds all seem to hit 1.15G and with a great stepping you can do 1.4-1.7 with good to great cooling.
Its really a crap shoot I have a 1.2 tbird I run regularly @ 1.48 23% overclocked its a AXIA Y water cooled , with air at the same voltage I couldnt pass prime95 over 1.42g.
As far as a mobo that suppports pc133 I'm sure there are quite a few worth uying probably at really good prices unfortionatly I only have two ddr mobo and I have no experience with high end sdram mobo's someone else will need to help you here.

Both of my Tbirds are AYHJA 9's. The 1 GHz is of the 266 flavor and the 1.4 is 200. Other than the case cooling, cooling solutions are in my sig. As to a good SDram board, why not take a look at the sticky in AMD mobo's?
