Yeh that just looked liked the first Crysis with a few graphical mods... makes sense since the video is a year old...

Sorry to put a downer on it... be neat if they released it as a mod for the first crysis... :D

I see he's using the Chrome weapon, Real lifesys and the advanced HUD mods.
Looks amazing but not official :/
I've started to eat less now and I'm generally putting away some money so I can hopefully upgrade to an i7 and whatever card is needed to play this game on max settings bar AA. Up to 320 quid so far :p Only another 750 quid still to go!

If it's really more demanding than the original Crysis. The devs may say "oh but we're working to make the PC version not look like a console port" but I rather wait and see... they also said it was supposedly less demanding than the original. And you can already do that (tweaked visuals to look better than max settings and be playable with 0x AA) with Crysis1/Warhead on your current setup.

Well I'm currently saving for 3 things.
1. Uni or deposit on cheap flat if I fail my exams
2. Car insurance
3. New computer
I currently have enough money in the uni part to last me a couple of years. I'll be taking out car insurance soonish but only for about 4 months or so, just need it for transporting my double bass around. Got some awesome jazz and orchestral performances coming up :D. So that just leaves my computer.
I'm either going to just buy an SSD to get lovely and quick load times and turn the whole PC into basicaly just a media centre PC with the option of playing a couple of games or turn this PC into a media centre but buy another PC to replace its place.
So either SSD into current computer
or
Buy new computer and have no SSD goodness.
I will have enough money since the car insurance pot is kinda overly full. About 40% over what I need which is a VERY nice feeling. Just adds to my flat/uni fund. I could always pull a bit out of that.
I am waiting on the recommended specs though. I'll likely wait until about a week after the game comes out and then see the benchmarks on other peoples computers and decide then.
