I am fixing my wifes old machine.
3.4 ghz pentium. and a non uber video card with a 3x radiator. (silence is the issue)

If the specifications are correct and my calculations are right then it delivers a flow rate of just over 0.6 gpm (Imperial rather than US gallons). That seems very, very low to me.
