Is there an advantage to having the radio at the top of the case with 2 120mm blowing air through it rather than at the bottom.

yes couse hot air rises, thus while you are cooling your rad. you are also removing hot air from your case. but in some cases limited by space this isnt feasable.

Definitely put your radiator either in the top of your case and blow the air up thru it or pull the air up thru it. Also I have seen some systems where the radiator is mounted on the back of the case if there is room., this gets the radiator to Ambient easier.
hope this helps.

This is the setup I am going with. Air is going to be pulled into the case from the push/pull 120mm fans at the bottom. The to rear 80mm fans are going to pull air into the case. The top 120mm fan will be pulling out of the case along with the P/S fan. The top radiator is copper as well as the bottom. I have provided links.

so your going to use two radiators. Now that is a novel idea. I can see how that will help bring the water to ambient a lot easier. Give it a try and let us know how it works.
good luck

It doesn't matter a whole lot where you put the radiator if you have good airflow. Or if you are pulling air from the outside of the case through it.
I have mine on the bottom, but that's only cause it's the *only* place that it would fit in my case. And still have it mobile, of course. :)
