I just read the thread. That doesn't look too good. Good luck getting the pieces back together and I hope the board isn't fried. You may consider taking it to a radio repair shop and showing it to someone there if you can't do it.

I'd be seriously depressed if I messed up my 8KTA3+. But, you probably are. Condolences. Hope it turns out ok. Maybe at least you learned something? I don't count something as a total loss if I learned something from it. :cool:

Actually, it was an 8KHA, (no +). I always wanted to upgrade to the + model...
