PII350 upgrade to 800 celeron

The board that I will be using is The M766LMRT (dual)66/100 FSB.
Dual 370 or slot1
Cmos states that it can run up to 800mhz.
I don't want to change the board.
Will this speed this computer up significantly

well I replaced motherboard and proccessor. I went from a 350 to a 850 and I noticed the difference in a big way. I am sure you would be happy with the upgrade, but then you will want more.

It should improve your computer alot.

I upgraded my P2 350 mhz 4 days ago with a Celeron 800 :)
and i am very pleased with the result.

I run it at 920 mhz and i tested it with the 3dmarks 2000
program and i got 3657 points, with my old cpu i got 827 :D

It runs great with new games and my framerate in CounterStrike has gone up alot, it´s never below 60fps!!

It cost me about 100$ to upgrade and i´m glad i did it.
