Ok here the deal i have a new machine
Abit KR7A-Raid
1700+ Xp
512 DDR (2100)
Twin Maxtor 20gig ultra 133 drives
SoundBlaster Live 5.1
Xtasy Geforce3 Ti-500

I raided the drives and i want to install a dual boot with Xp Pro and 98se. I partitioned the raid into 2 20 gig partitions and se goes in no prob and runs great. But Xp will not find drives even if i install it first i get a message that goes something like no drives found check your power connection etc etc. Did i miss something? I have tried formating the drive in Se to see if that would produce i recognition during the xp setup...... no dice!!!
LOL i know i missed something supied so HELP!!!!!!

install win 98 first then use the driver disk that com whit the mobo and instal the driver for the raid controler

when you install winxp hit F6 for scisi or... and use the raid driver disk when asked...
