3d print outs

i have corel 7, 10, and adobe photo 6. i was wondering if there was a way to take a drawing like a castle or house and create a print out that you would be able to cut out and use tape or 'slits' to assemble it into a 3d object. or are there specific programs that allow you to do this? thanks:D

Drafting programs allow something like that, from what I remember when I took that class in school.
