Just saw the trailer for the upcoming online version of this game? I loved the original but haven't played in awhile. The trailer mentions free play can anyone confirm this?

link to video? I wouldnt mind playing this again.... I stopped when they created the build your own missions and every little kid was asking for farms..... took the fun right out of the game.

I think he's talking about Company of Heroes, not City of Heroes.

I thought this was supposed to be a MMO, but if its free I'm in.

From what I have seen it is a MMO, it seems the only difference is the offline content (upgrading your army, planning, etc.)

wonder if people with retail copies can play with those with the free version?

and I read on the Relic forums..... you cannot, COH:O is a stand alone online game.

at this point, it sounds like its a better value and choice to just buy COH for 5$, you will get an even better experience, and not have to be tempted by micro-transactions.
