Can't Use Cas 2-2-2 with Abit BX 133 raid

as the post suggests, i can't use the cas 2-2-2 settings of my corsair pc 133 ram (2 sticks of 256 for a total of 512) with my abit bx 133 raid. when i boot, i can't get past the full bios screen before it locks up? what gives. abit is supposed to be a good board and corsair ram is quite reputable.

Whats the FSB right now? The old BX Boards never had much of a good memory management ...

i am not overclocking the cpu (pIII 1.0ghz fsb 133x7.5). because its a bx board the 133fsb gives me an agp bus speed of 88 (133x2/3 agp divider). but i think my gforce3 is handeling well. the ram is rated to be cas 2-2-2. still don't understand why i can't get it to work.
