well unfortunately not. I have never heard of any animal being killed with a homicide charge as a result. homicide, by definition, is the murder of another human. I love animals more than u could know, future vet, but it would be pretty silly to put someone in jail for years and years for killing a kitten. now poaching has a MUCH larger punishment

What a big man :rolleyes:. My cat *^*^ broke my TV by using a corner of it as a platform to get to my window(basement). Not much you can do, and it doesn't know it did anything wrong. Gah, gonna play some drums to vent.

PS: The "black male" criminal is now beyond the cliché stage -_- IF it would have been a minor the game would have been the culprit lol

...Okay? He killed a kitten, a creature a 1/90th of his weight, over a game. A giant piece of crap with no real merit or benefit to society. Hardly a stereotype. Easily a "white male" crime as well.

I was wondering the same thing. It's a horrid story and I think animal cruelty penalties should be more harsh, but if he was playing some crap like MW2 I would have been even more pissed...it was probably Madden 07 :chair:

he killed the cat over a game, i bet it was MW2 seen people rage pretty hard over that one. This ******* deserves to be behind bars, sadly since these are misdemeanors he'll be out on the streets soon enough....
