Wirless card not detected! Need immediate solution for work laptop!

My dad's toshiba satellite pro m300 won't detect the wireless card. I had him running linux for awhile but he recently re-formatted to windows xp. I installed all the drivers but no wireless card is detected. He is leaving town tomorrow and needs wireless for his job sites. HELP!!!

I got frustrated and put it down on my desk, I stood up and tripped over the power cord and it flew onto the ground and now it works perfectly. = D
