I am fairly new at overclocking only haveing experence at 4 computers and I need some help on overclocking a GA-6LMM7 Gigabyte motherboard with a Pentium 2 400Mhz Processor.

Well, you'll need to read the beginner guide on the front page if you haven't done so already. This will familiarize you with any terms you may not know.

Second, look in your motherboard manual for something that controls your FSB (front side bus) speed (they will either be jumpers or DIP switches). Slowly move your front side bus up until you reach the point at which your processor is no longer stable. Basically, that's how you do an overclock.
