ASUS P6X58D or P6X58D-E

Hello, I need help with the following mobos. I have seen alot of complaints about the mobos not recognizing all of the memory.

I have read where people are using Corsiar TR3X6G1600C7D for 12GB. I am not sure if this works the best because on the ASUS website it does not even show this type of RAM on the compatibility list for the mobo.

Anyway, I was hoping someone owns this mobo and can steer me in the right direction for the memory I can use. I was hoping to use 12GB.

I haven't seen any complains about these boards. Both support mem OK so it should solve memory incompatibility. At least I have no problems with my P6X58D-E but I didn't use any 12GB kits.

Some notes for people using 12 Gigs of memory.

12 Gigs of memory is only supported at 800-1333Mhz. Some users can run 1600Mhz successfully with some voltage tweaking but 1333Mhz is the max supported speed using 12 gigs

new bios for P6X58D-E:
1. Improve memory compatibility
2. Improve system stability
3. Support new CPUs

Have no idea if will solve all problems and I have no 12GB kit to check it now.
