Fleshing this out a bit:

elder scrolls 3 - $5
elder scrolls 4 - $8.50 <-- Wins my "best deal," if you haven't already tried Oblivion
team fortress 2 - $10
Fallout 3 - $25

Special mention - Eversion has been on sale for a while now, and it is an awesome short game, but note that it's also freeware if you google it.

Personally I was waiting for Fallout 3 to drop, but honestly thanks to Steam's amazing pricing I'm at a gaming saturation point right now, with way too many titles to start/finish... :D

Might grab TF2. Only played it on my brothers xbox with his copy of the orange box.

Saw TF2 is on the free weekend. Downloading and installing now. Love the free weekends!

Just to be clear, all these games include all the DLC that was released for each game. That FO3 + all DLC for $25 is a great deal, so is Oblivion!

Just purchased Oblivion... £6.80 for Oblivion and loads of expansions... Bargain!!

Wow, indeed! all that DLC plus the original games definitely makes it a great deal.


I can't wait to play FallOut New Vegas!

Steam Price drops are usually a sign of things to come in terms of sequels.

Here is the description for ES4:Oblivion ($8.50)

Of note... if you've already played Oblivion, but on XBOX, you owe it to yourself to experience this game on a PC if only for the potential graphical/performance improvements. Mods abound as well that you might not want to miss if you enjoyed the experience =).
