Its good but what are the temperatures and what are you using to determine the stablity of the chip.

I think your temps may be running a little high since your only using a Volcano 5 and more FSB and voltage...

Sensor 1 - Motherboard
Sensor 2 - CPU

The insocket diode aren't accurate.

Your temps seem to high is that full load or idle? Try running Sisoft Sandra Burn In with only the CPU and then see the temps if it gets over 55 turn it off and clock it back down.

You should only have 40 degrees max IMHO. For the life of your chip and to not damage it at high voltages and bad cooling.

asus in socket diodes tend to report about 10C hotter then they should say at least its been like that for my last 2 asus boards. i havent tried yours before but if u ask about it in the asus motherboards section u should get a reply

ran sisoft sandra cpu burn in and temp stayed at 50 c
sorry vcor voltage is 1.5
i ran the full burn in test repetedly 15 times and no errors and temp never got above 50 c
i got it up to 1621 mghz @ 141 fsb 1.8 vcor still 11.5 mult
I appologiz if I seem duh but i started this over clocking yesterday there is a lot of info here awsum site:D

You should get an LCD Probe anyways and check. And yes Bob the last A7x bios have added like 10 degrees!

i take it its not just a thermometer with a wire?
