Is it worth unlocking it? Can I get a better OC than I have now? I can't get my FSB higher than 145, but had it at 150 when running my Athlon 1.4 Ghz. Will unlocking it and lowering the multiplier get me a better OC?

Your temps seem to be fine enough that your some what at the end of the chip for FSB. So yes it is probably worth it to squeeze some more speed.
