Ok I recently moved into a very large house with 2 other roommates.. This house is about 6,000 square feet, its a 3 story Antebellum style home, Since it is so big we all live on opposite ends of the house, The Female roommate has the whole bottom floor to herself, and me and the other guy stay on completely opposite ends of the second floor because the top floor is way too hot in the summer, or someone would move up there, but that wouldnt help the situation at hand. Since we are all spread out its hard for us to all get a connection to the router, only 2 people will get reception and if we move it closer to that person then another person loses connection.. I think its because there are too steel doors upstairs, because the house used to be a halfway house before the current owner bought it and remodeled it. Well anyway I'm new to wireless networking we currently have a Netgear RangeMax DualBand Wi-Fi Router, I have a Linksys WUSB600N DualBand USB adapter which allows me to connect to the 5Ghz band and they use 2 cheap little Acer laptops that cost like $199 or $299 from walmart becuase they are both flight attendants. its probably because of their cheap built-in wi-fi adapters.. Well I'm sorry this is taking so long but is there anything I could buy to boost the signal strength or something of either my adapter or the router.. Thanks in advance for the help, I know you brilliant people on here will help me with this simple problem..
