I recently purchased the new version of Acronis but accidently got the plus pack which is an add-on to the main program. So I got on the live chat with customer support and the representative was very helpful and polite. They issued me a full refund for the mistakenly purchased software and then offered me a link for a 5% discount off the correct software....
So I click on the link and it took me to the item with the discount as promised but.... I still had the original window up in the background with the software and something caught my eye.
The price on the discounted link was $49.99 down to $47.49 after the 5% discount and the one for the same version was $39.99 on the front page. Now $7.50 isn't a lot of money but I was still like 'Hey, wait a minute! That's almost 19% more than list price.' It was probably just an old link used by mistake or something but I wanted to share.
