Sata Port Question

Hi,
My question is about which Sata ports to use, I have 2 Bluray drives and 3 hard drives, the Bluray drives are setup first in the boot order then the hard drives, my motherboard has 6 sata ports, should I connect the dvd drives to Sata 0 & Sata 1 and the hard drives to Sata 2, 3 & 4? or doesn't it matter at all??

On that board, all the SATA ports are run through the ICH10, so just plug 'em into whichever ports you want.
