Figured this should go to vendor section since bing gives cashback on many vendor. But they have decided to discontinue program, the last day to get any cashback is July 31. 
They also waived the $5 limit on getting cash back.
If you're holding off a large purchase, you may need to get on it soon or lose the cashback option. I've seen as much as 15% on some vendor though most are under 10%
