OC with out unlocking?

Is i possible to do any kind of OC with out unlocking the CPU. can you change the bus speed or anything? if so what mobos?

the list of mobo's that you can adjust fsb on is just a little too long to post, besides that i'm sure i don't know even half of them off the top of my head. if it has no adjustment there are always software programs like softfsb that can be used.
