Anyone have any benchmarks for 2 SandForce SSD's in RAID-0? I'm thinking of doing 2 of them in my MacBook Pro, if I don't I'll be doing 2 C300's in my desktop.

More or less just double the performance of a single...
your only concern would be the chipset on that macbook if it isnt an ichr10 it may slow it down a bit.

So it would be about ~460MB read and write? I get ~230MB on both now.

About that, yes.

Q: Slow it down a bit from the single speed (230) or the RAID speed (460)?
I keep hearing similar, but would like to know what the effects of SSD on RAID are for us older chipsets (<= ICH9R) before I try it as well.

It's about 2x the performance of one drive. You're gonna be getting read/write (sequential) speeds of ~500MB/s, that is if there is no other bottlenecks in your system.
