Anytime I play call of duty MW2 or Global agenda randomly the game will either A. Crash my System
B. Get pix elated.

I have done stress tests, and my system holds very well passing on intel's burning test on max/high/etc etc. Did passmark stability test passed everything. I know I have enough power 1100 watts is plenty of this card and my system.

The video card doesn't ever go about 60c it's very happy even under 100% load. I have installed a new hard drive and new OS so it's not old drivers and crap from a Old card. Please help

Maybe just a bad card

You could try going to device manager, deleting the drivers, running Driver Sweeper from Guru3D and deleting any remaining driver registry entries.

Then download the latest drivers and installing them again.

Hmmm found this.

My video card is listed along with everything else why does this mention PCI Simple Communications Controller?

Might be the problem, try updating the drivers for it.

Right click and go to properties.

Hmmmm, do you have the CD for your motherboard lying around?

The drivers might be in the CD.

It really does seem like it is the problem since it's related to the PCI slot.

Do you have another PCI-E slot you could try?
