Power/LED Switch on motherboard(Gateway GT5678)

So I'm trying to put my Gateway computer back together and its been a while so I forgot where the Power and LED switches go on the motherboard for the GT5678. Does anyone know exactly? Or have a photo/diagram of it? I only have the manual from the computer, not the mobo, and I couldn't find anything on google.

nvm, got it figured out.

Btw, does anyone know how I can change the multiplier speed of my CPU? it's only at x6, it's supposed to be at x9. I tried finding it somewhere in BIOS but it wasn't there.
