I cache is empty, I have 9 waiting to upload. I'm about to head home for the weekend. Watch, when I get in morning morning, my driver icon will red, and system will be idle for the whole wknd. Folding anyone?

Not quite, as your WU will be finished by 11:00 pm, at that time you should have been able to autotransmit your WU to berkeley.....at night or early in the morning the server is clear :)

I use Seti Driver and have it set for auto transmit, as you do. Every morning, 5am PT, I check its status and all work units have transmitted and caches are full. I know that transmitting from about 7am PT to 9pm PT is a real problem, but after 9pm I haven't had any problems.

Hang in there, hopefully things will get better sooner than later.

This system process about 2 WU a day. As you can see, it's been tying to upload for the last 4-5 days, since I have 9 WU waiting. I just don't get it.

This seems kind of strange to me. I know Berkeley has had continuing problems with their bandwidth but for the last several days I have not seen any delayed W/Us waiting to upload in my SETIQueue caches. I wonder what exactly is different between the two (SETIQueue and SETIDriver)? Any of you other SETIQueue/SETIDriver people noticed similar effects? Also, if anyone continues to have trouble you can always increase your cache to a full week etc. It still sucks to see W/Us waiting to transmit but not as bad as seeing an empty cache as well! :)

I have two machines at home that do not have dedicate modem lines. Every night at about 8pm PT I connect them and transmit. Both of them are using Seti Driver - and it takes a few tries to get all WU's up/downloaded - but they go through. My dedicated lined machines have no probs after about 9pm PT.

What happens with SETIDriver is than at startup or when a new WU is finished it tries to upload/download WU.....These days at work (where I have a permanet connection to the 'Net) SETIDriver remains with a WU or two waiting to upload. When I return in the morning all the cache is full and all WU were transmited.....

If you want to try you can click the transmit button and see if you can upload them before you go out.

All of my boxen are using Seti Driver and they're set to auto transmit since I'm on cable. I have yet to wake up and find any machine waiting to upload or download. It seems to clear out during the night just fine.

I have been trying to upload since the 5th and I have a permanent connect. Only one of the machine was able to upload and get new WU. The other computers just sits there :(

I'm thinking of shutting down all the systems. No use in wasting electricity at this point

Won't do much good to bump it up to 10000000000 if you can't even get the 10 you have it set for.;)

Maybe you should stay up to watch Saturday Night Live tomorrow and try and manually transmit your WU's. Just keep hitting the transmit button until they all go.

Cuz I need all the CPU cycles I can have when I'm gaming online or video editing.

It really does not make a difference in my opinion.
