Want to replace Delta black label fan

I'm kinda fed up with the noise it makes but don't know with what 60mm fan. I can replace just the fan or the even the heatsink. The Thermoengine heatsink I have is great.
I don't mind a noise level of around 35dba but also don't want my cpu temp to increase by anymore than 3c.
AM I asking for too much?
Any suggestions?

well u could get a ystech 40cfm fan, there not that loud, and have no yelling sound to them..

people have suggested panaflo fans for performance and low noise. i have never used one, but they seem to be highly recommended.

if it'll fit, try strapping an 80mm fan on your Heatsink. That's what I did to my FOP38. Its quieter and has equal cooling.

Or you could undervolt your Delta, I did that as well. I think there's an article on how to do it on the front page.
