I have tryed and tryed to get this problem fixed
I have multiple computers on my network including a nas and out of 3 computers a laptop(wireless) and a nas this computer is the only one giving this problem

The light is stayin amber I have a feeling tis why Im getting very crapy transfer speeds in my LAN. I have replaced the cable with a cat 6 cable no go, I put a pci network card in it no go. I even upgraded to a NGR3500(in the pic above) thinking it would help but nothing, when i transfer files from amberlight cpu(no. 2) to any computer it transfers only at 7 megs a sec, the pci card i put in is a encore 1 gigbit card. Ive messed with the duplex and flow control setting and they make it even worst. Any suggestions???????? My last resort is to reinstall windows on said computer PLEASE HELP!!!!
