qpi/dram core voltage has to be .5 lower then dram freq correct??

I dunno if multiple threads asking the same question are gonna help, it's a forum, not a chat room.

I'm not an Intel guy but, I read it's recommended to keep DRAM and VTT voltage within 0.4V of eachother, give or take.

is it not qpi/dram core voltage .5 lower then dram voltage ? but if there at a safe voltage then it doesnt matter? im just trying to get the facts..

Ram and Vtt I recall it best being within .5, yes.
