need some advice on good quiet case fans

Panaflo comes to mind and also the low output Sunon fans are pretty quiet. I have two of them running in my second comp pretty quiet.

orbs are not quiet.
they are great, but not quiet.

and for that matter, my 400W PS is VERY LOUD. hehe, it is a little rediculous, and i wonder if there is anything i can do.

It only pushes 25CFM, but if you can deal with it, it's really quiet.

3 to 4 pins can be found at radio shack i think

3-4 pins usually come with your fan. If they didn't, try radioshack for sure, or the local computer place.
