My computer has been freezing off and on for the past month or so. I ran Memtest, switched HD's, swapped video card, but the problem still persists. Is it possible that my motherboard is starting to go? It's an EVGA 780i and i've had it for 2 years. Is there some kind of diagnostic tool I can run to see if the Mobo is the culprit?

Second link down is something called Hot CPU Tester Pro supposedly it tests your motherboard chipsets and such for errors and bugs though I havn't personally used it so I don't know how accurate it is or if it will actually help you out but I thought I'd chime in none the less.
