It would have to be LN2 if anything, not dry ice.
The highest CPU-Z validation on HWBot for the P55 chipset is 7137.47MHz, and it was done on an eVGA P55 Classified 200.

That's what I thought too... I'll have to see what I can find. Yep, you're right. I don't know where he saw it was dry ice. Neat.
