Help!Skype is sending links with malware!

My skype keeps sending messages to my contacts saying "is this you on pic? http://photofyour.net/photos.php" Note: pls dont click on this link! Once that you clicked it you will be infected as well and you will start sending the same link to your Skype contacts.

I already tried to uninstall and reinstall skype.. I even downloded the updated version but it didn't work.

I ran a virus scan but no threat was found.

I do not want to reformat my computer..it's too tedious.. any other suggestions?

Download and run malwarebytes in safe mode after updating it with the latest definitions. http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
