i need to change my mobo...
what i got now...

MOBO: G33M05G1

RAM: DIMM1: OCZ XTC Platinum OCZ2P1066 2G 2 Go DDR2-1066 (533 MHz) 8 GB (total)

CPU: QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300

GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 OC edition
1400 MHz (original: 1200 MHz, overclock: 17%)

HDD: Disque dur ST31000340AS ATA Device (1000 Go, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)
Disque dur WD 5000AAV External USB Device (465 Go, USB)

i want to buy a ASUS P5Q Pro ATX LGA775 P45 DDR2 2PCI-E16 CrossFire 3PCI-E1 2PCI SATA2 Sound GBLAN eSATA Motherboard

is it a good choose for OC?

I finaly bought a asus P45 turbo pro its a good Mobo i have no probleme whit it
i did a overclock of 20% on a Q9300 it was running at 2.5 GHz and now it run at 3.0 GHz and my ram speed is at 1066 MHz. I did all stabilly test whit OCCT the cpu passed all whit no error ;)

i dont if its good but the cpu is always at 20% 25% of is use its nerver going on idle?

is it ok?
