is it a good choose for OC?

i just ordered one of these. 100$ on newegg after rebate.

I finaly bought a asus P45 turbo pro its a good Mobo i have no probleme whit it
i did a overclock of 20% on a Q9300 it was running at 2.5 GHz and now it run at 3.0 GHz and my ram speed is at 1066 MHz. I did all stabilly test whit OCCT the cpu passed all whit no error

i dont if its good but the cpu is always at 20% 25% of is use its nerver going on idle?

is it ok?
