When using a powerful Peltier what can I do to keep condensation from occuring?
On a socket mobo, you need to fill in the socket with silicone and/or closed cell foam. Fill in the pinholes in the socket portion with dielectric grease. Carefully surround the exterior of the socket with silicone, making sure you allow the locking mechanism to continue to function. Using closed cell foam, make a gasket to fit between the pelt and the CPU that leaves only the die exposed. Seal the surrounding area front and back with polyurethane, or one of the commercially available mobo pads. Better to be safe than sorry as far as condensation is concerned.
