Don't ask how I found this but...
http://www.geocities.com/cover3d/
It's an interesting game, but shows how poor of a language Delphi is for gaming (BSOD after BSOD after BSOD). Odd how I have Conspiracy Theory on TV right now, and after every BSOD it just happens to find the last screenshot I took, was corrupted.
Best way to describe is, first person Sim City meets Quake. I don't know if there is any real goal to this game. Your building a city, and so are rival (gods?). To start you must place your teleportation triangle, this is where the Bob Villa clones spawn from. You designate spots for houses, shops, factories, tunnels, bridges, and yes, even missile silos. Well everything was going swell, my buildings were being built and I decided to go check out the competition. I walked through a hill of butterflies, at least that's what they looked like, but no! They were the dreaded, WASPS!!! With a mob mentality they swarmed me, stinging me over and over again. I ran back to my teleportation triangle where I was magically healed and given the opportunity to choose a weapon to defend myself, among the options, a pistol, a rifle, and even a BOMB. I decided to go reasonable (Bad choice when battling the DREADED WASPS!!!). Aiming was through the 7 and 9 number pad keys and shot with the left control key, even though it sounded like I was shooting blanks, low and behold the ground was soon covered with their yellow carcasses! Then the gangsters came, with Uzi paintball guns, before I could return to my teleportation triangle to heal and grab the bomb, I BSOD'ed.
The guy's reasoning behind making this game is he wanted to be absorbed in his downtown settings. Now, I don't know how they do things in Switzerland, but missile silos and killer wasps in your city... remind me never to go there.
