As far as I am aware, cas3 is meant for PC133 RAM, 2.5 and 2 for DDR RAM so perhaps RDRAM runs at cas1?
Can't say I have heard of it...

Well I could swear I changed mine from cas 3 to cas2. Cas 2.5 and cas 1 don't seem too be an option. Interesting though I don't think I ever heard of cas 1. Anyway not sure why.

Well it actually is possible to run your RAM at CAS1. A friend of mine had his PC133-RAM on an Asus A7V KT133 board running on CAS1 at 100 MHz FSB. I think it's like running the RAM at CAS2 at 133 MHz FSB. Should give about the same scores!

My DDRII PC2700 runs @ CL1.3 running 266MHz or CL2 @ 333MHz.

rmbus runs at very high latency, that'z why ddr able to compete with it.

Because you have SDRAM, cas 2.5 is for DDR only.
