Some settings might viewable, depending on what utilities ASUS has available for download for that system board. One of my ASUS boards let's me see some items; mainly overclocking-centric settings, but that's about it.

There may be other 3rd party options. Dell (or HP?) has a program that will show all BIOS settings for their systems, so I know it's not impossible.

Perhaps the BIOS vendor (Award or whoever) has a utility available?
