It may go fast as it usually does at sub-$30. I've been waiting for this one (with the 5 year warranty, wallwart not internal power supply) to go sub-$30 again and here it is!

This is a really tempting deal. recently got for the small business I work for and it does it's job well although it is at a low traffic point. Alas I just don't think i see myself needing one so I should probably pass.

Mwave also has it (http://www.mwave.com/mwave/SKUSearch_v3.asp?px=DS&scriteria=AA76289&pagetitle=TRENDNET%20TEG-S80G%208%20Ports%2010/100/1000Mbps%20GREENnet%20Gigabit%20Switch%208%20x%20R J45%204K%20MAC%20Address%20Table%20128KBytes%20Buf fer%20Memory) for the same price, if you sign up for their 'M-Club' thing.
So... forgive my noobness, but what exactly does this do? Its not a router so what exactly does it do?
