intel d865gsa oc help needed

I've looked everywhere, cannot get help so info would be extremely appreciated. my mobo offers no bios settings and I cannot get progs like fsb to work on it, lots of people I have seen have oc the mobo but no one tells how. I have 3.4 ht p4 atm, about to install pentium d 3.0 to get true dual core, now I wanna up it at least a little bit. please help.

p.s. I cannot find the pll on this board and the internet does not show the number anywhere

Try either ClockGen or CPUCool to raise the FSB. I think the D865 uses a Cypress PLL...

found the pll. it's ics 952603. CPUCooL is letting me oc, just gotta use CPU-Z to view the changes since CPUCooL will not. Thanx man!
