Alright i got a Asus Rampage iii formula and my first board my RAM slot #2 was dead only reading 4 gbs out of 6 tested each slot / each stick and wouldnt boot in SLOT 2 so thatw as dead..
get my new motherboard from the RMA today set it up all happy and notice in BIOS again shows 4Gb ... i was in shock did the same thing to this baord as long and found out SLOT 4 is dead..
also when i was playing some games, messing around on gunz the duel fast action game the mouse,keyboard had a weird delay and i couldnt play it as well as my old pc.
Is that cause the USB is defected aswell?

which motherboard should i get in the same price range
i think it was 289$ or 299$
so lets say 280-320 price range
NEEDS SLI i got 2x gtx 460s superclocked and im using a i7 950 cpu and a darkknight cpu cooler just fits on the rampage 3 formula its only covering slot #1 which im not using
