Ok, just recieved a first item of multiple orders from Newegg is a rice cooker from the last week BFriday sales.
Upon openning, I've noticed there wasn't any MFG's seal on the box and didn't bother me until I was ready plug-in the power cord.
BAMM....there it is. A big dent above the power cord inlet.

I checked the cooker's box and Newegg's box both without any visible damage.
Aren't these kind of items be sealed by manufacture? If not, how would you know that you get what you paid for a brand new item?
Darn it. Supposebly a good deal but now I have to pay for shipping fee to ship back for an exchange.
Newegg should pick-up this fee instead of blaming on MFG's defect and make us pay for it.
I wouldn't say never order from them...but I'll be more cautious of what to buy from there.
EDIT: I'll file a RMA and give Newegg a call see if they would pick-up the tab tomorrow.
