tomorrow, i'm planning to buy a motherboard..
i have now a Intel core 2 quad 9300 processor and team elite 4gb 1333 ddr3 ram.

these are my choices
ASUS P5G41C-M LX
details

and
GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-D3
details

and i have 1 more question about this asus mobo...
as i read the details of that,
i found this on its overclocking features:

SFS (Stepless Frequency Selection)
- FSB tuning from 200MHz to 800MHz at 1MHz increment

can someone explain me this?
because i am planning to overclock soon

Just a FYI, mother boards with on board video do not overclock well. Any reason you're looking at this type?
