ive read several reviews. and from what facts i stored in my noggin. its on par with a heater core. and a heater core imho is the best solution to rads.either way i think you will be happy. if it fits your size requirments better then go for it.

Are you sure it was the Black Ice Extreme radiator not the regular Black Ice radiator? I thought the Black Ice Extreme radiator had nto been released yet. Let me know where you saw the reviews so i can go check them out.
Man i wish i had 100 posts so i could see the Classifieds section. I started frequenting here (the site and classifieds not the forms) about a year ago and didnt post in the forums. :(

I agree and i am currently trying to get a review sample. I also write reviews for www.hardwarepub.com when im not trying to get my nose in the classifieds section lol! I hope this thing performs as well as they say. It is supposed to handle twice the heat as the previous black ice rad. Not to mention the size is just a hare bigger than a 120mm fan. Speaking of i am looking for the old aluminum frame 120mm panaflo's anyone got an idea on where to find these suckers?
The Black Ice Extreme was released once, then the reseller stopped selling everything. (overclock-watercool)
I looked at HW Labs' (the maker of the BIX) web site, and they list www.caseetc.com as a reseller.
So I e-mailed Cole at caseetc, he said they will be coming soon. So they will be available again, we just have to wait a little bit.
They're rated at just over 900 watts, so I'm thinking they'd work on just about anything you can throw at 'em.
Woot! I just went to caseetc.com, and they are taking preorders on the Black Ice II (double size black ice) and the Black Ice Extreme! Get 'em while they're hot!
