Seti@home downloaded into my computer, and right off the bat I got hit with BSoD with error code 0x000000d1

After I restarted, I get video driver had stop working and has recovered pop up every 10 seconds. I had to hit snooze on BOINC to stop the pop up error, set "No new tasks" on Seti@home, cancel existing incomplete WUs to get my computer back in working order.

Using NVidia 260.99 (updated a couple weeks ago) and I think somehow CUDA software within BIONC got borked or something. So can anyone remind me how to download and install enhanced version of BOINC with CUDA support?

Is this (http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=625171) what your looking for?

Since I don't use CUDA I'm not sure but didn't Careface cover all that when he wrote the Installation Guide?

If not let me know so I can correct it (or, rather, con someone else into correcting it). ;)

(Thanks for the link, Sephis! )

That's the one I was looking for. I was able to do a clean install by deleting old files (including those hidden in ProgramData) and ran installer then updated. Same problem.

Repeat uninstall, used stock BOINC installer and did not upgrade with lunatacs, tried using just the stock files. So far no crash. Maybe the newer version of NVidia video driver is conflicting with Lunatac CUDA files?

No news that I could find at Lunatics or SETI News. Can you backtrack to the last CUDA driver?

The Lunatics CUDA files are CUDA 2.3 or something aren't they? The new Lunatics unified installer installs CUDA 3.something I think. Maybe your installing conflicting versions of the CUDA DLLs?
