Hi does anyone know if this motherboard ASUS P5N-D or this one GIGABYTE GA-EP45T-USB3P support gddr5 video or just gddr3

Don't look at the type of RAM on the video card, look at the PCI-E Spec.

If the card fits within the same PCI-E spec as your motherboard offers, all will be fine.

You'll be good with either of those cards and any modern video card, provided you use a proper PSU>
