I was contemplating a water-block setup for this chip, but after further investigation, it seems that my system as a whole (HDD, mem, sound card, vid) is holding me back. I would love to see this chip in a better overall machine...I know it could do 1.6 easy. A 500MHz o/c ain't bad...hehe...Pinky, those were some outstanding scores for that chip, congrats...what are the chances that Intel will scrap the P3 and P4 lines, and just make a 2.0-3.0Gb Celly line with the tA1 stepping?...:eek: :D Add a DDR chipset, and oh, brudder!!!!

well normally mine does only 1604 (133fsb) ;) but this shot was taken @1680 (140fsb) in a +5 - +10 *C temperature room, air cooled, cool air coming in from a window. (outside temp was -12*C). win2k, sanda 2002

despite the benchmark, the folding@home is much slower w/ tuallycele than with durons/athlons

How did you get your temps so low? I'm struggling to keep mine under 41C at full load. What kind of cooling do you have on that beast? Did you remove your IHS?

Or are you living in a large freezer and cozying up to a side of beef right now? ;)

well, I removed my IHS...but a few days ago, I was posting higher temps. I have a large oval hole in the top of my case, for a piece of plexi w/ 2 90mm fans. I hadn't put it in place at the time. Once I glued the 'glas in w/ the fans, and sealed my case back up, the temps in my siggy are what I see. I leave it on all night, w/ prime running, and I get up in the morning and see 23-24C (this morning it was 19C :D) . I reboot, and my BIOS shows the same. It HAS been cold here (in Ga.) for the past week, when it warms up, so should my temps...

Dont know if I is pushing the RAM to much, or if it wants
more volts. It cant have any since this was at 1.825 core
in bios. Running it a bit slower now.....:p
